Languages : English
Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience : 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Setting : Construction, Various locations, Renovation, Commercial, Residential
Own Tools/Equipment : Steel-toed safety boots

Tasks :
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials, Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems, Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings and hardware, Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites, Survey building locations and levels, Instruct apprentices, Estimate costs and materials
Supervision : 1 to 2 people
Transportation/Travel Information : Willing to travel regularly
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities : Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, tight deadlines
